Aheadchem is dedicated to developing and producing custom-made PU (polyurethane) resins. All our products are environmentally friendly. If you are anticipating fine-tuned material for your special process or end products, or you are already using material similar to our products but longing for a better source to greatly enhance your competitiveness, we are the one to help you reach your goals. For example, with similar physical properties we can adjust viscosity, pot life (reaction rate) and hardness to suit your specific needs.

You don’t have to worry about any chemical waste while using our solvent free PU. There are little or no RoHS (Restriction of Hazardous Substances) substances in our compounds. Along with specialized physical properties, you can make products that fit all the severest green demands around the world by using our PU resins.

After years of developing we have come up with different PU compounds that can be used for countless applications in various industries such as the following:

Soft or hard parts in electronics, automobile or others
Soft and resilient tough elastics shoe insoles, pads, etc.
